Response: Kevin, thank you for the encouragement. Just curious why you gave us one star on the review. business 0.3 I do not have an idea Oct 06, 2011 by Kerry Sim The American Innovator 360-752-2138 3725 Irongate Road Bellingham WA, 98226 USA Hi Paul, at the moment I do not have an idea, but I did listen to your show this morning, and just wanted to say thanks for doing what you do.
I am a pilot as well, got my license in 1965 at age 17 and spent much of my time in the air as a floatplane/bush pilot. Last year my wife and I went to Reno for the Air Races as journalist/photographers. She wanted to write a book about another side of the Races. The People of the Reno Air Races. Our resources were such that we chose not to go again this year. Having been stunned and moved by what happened yesterday, it was gratifying to hear your clarity and comments about the accident.
Also I have heard the program a few times, but I first recall hearing your name last fall when you were on a radio program from Seattle and being interviewed about your campaign for Senator. I was heading south on I-5 just about to Alger when you gave out your phone number ’cause I wanted to know how I could help your campaign since as a Permanent Resident Canadian I couldn’t actually vote. I pulled off to the shoulder and dialed the number, but obviously heard it wrong because I got (three times) a not in service message.
I didn’t follow up afterwards because as a friend of mine used to say “Life got in the way.”
Anyhow, I just thought it was time I stepped forward and expressed my appreciation for your program and your philosophy… so here it is:
Thank you Paul. I have either learned something, or I have remembered something every time I have heard you speak. I much appreciate the learning and the reminders.
Cheers
