      Martin: Here’s the Takeaway…it is one thing for an individual to steer their life correctly and in a highly effective manner. It’s another thing to steer a small company like FastCap, It’s yet another significant accomplishment to steer a company like Toyota, but it’s the highest accomplishment when you steer an entire country of 7 million people to be the most productive the most innovative people.
