Paul
That is the very definition of enthusiasm. I will take that to mean the enthusiasm comes first, good point.
“16) Toyota never attempts to improve anything unless they can… Cut the waste in half.”
Hi Paul. I don’t understand this as a statement. Seems to run contrary to small and continuous improvements. IMO, if you can cut 10% right now, do it.
See my video response: http://blog.fastcap.com/2012/lean-50-improvement-vs-2-second-improvement/ Thanks, Paul
Thanks Paul and John, A great insight to the CES. It’s a classic ‘wish you were here’. Also a good practical demonstration of how simplicity works!. I was especially interested to hear your comparison between Apple and Windows.
Martin it is all our pleasure to do the show and bring relevant content to people around the world.
Great enthusiasm, do the sales create the enthusiasm or does the enthusiasm create the sales?
Neither, the right perspective on life. Seeing beauty and amazement in everything, loving creativity, seeing people smile, getting excited about learning something new looking at the world though the eyes of a child, always discovering something every second of everyday.
